Echoing the gilded opulence of the designer’s hometown of Nancy, France, this architectural cape in silk brocade is inspired by the grandiosity of the late Baroque movement. The textural weave reinterprets Jean Lamour’s legendary ironwork, with traditional gold leaf floral scrolls distilled into an abstract ornamentation.
Much like the iconic landmark it’s inspired by, this unique fabric captures and refracts light across its dimensional threads to create a silhouette that flows with the weightless grace of liquid metal.
