We craft each of our apparel pieces especially for you once it has been ordered.

This process takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the time that the order is placed and involves the following steps:

1) Initiation: Once your order is placed, we review your chosen size, textile and palette selections to ensure a successful creation process.

2) Curation: We compile the materials and prepare the patterns for your piece.

3) Creation: The construction of your piece begins at our New York City Atelier.

4) Review: Following a rigorous final quality inspection, your piece is prepared for shipment to you.

5) Delivery: Your piece journeys to its final destination via your selected shipping choice.

We will provide you with updates at each stage of the process and remain available to answer any inquiries you may have. For bespoke requests or expedited inquiries, we invite you to contact our team for personal assistance.

We may also take your measurements, or request that you submit measurements, so that we may best identify which of our numerical sizes you most closely align with. Please note that pieces are not made to exact measurements and we do not guarantee a perfect fit. In order to achieve a perfect silhouette, we recommend seeking the assistance of a seamstress or tailor. Unless otherwise stated, alternations are not included in our prices. We have several excellent New York City based tailors who we can recommend.

Returns are not accepted on special orders, couture or custom orders and items marked "non-returnable". Discounted and archive items are non-returnable and final sale.

Domestic (US) Orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns made between 15 and 30 days after receipt are eligible for store credit only. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the approval of the return request. Returns will be accepted only if items are new, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund.
